The EDR920 16 channel DVR comes with two hot-swappable HDDs, this option provides the ability to swap drives without an interruption to your recordings. The two 3.5" Hot-Swap Hard Disks, are expendable with EDA800S which is optional.
The EDR920 features up to 240 fps, 9 loop-through camera inputs, full screen up to 9 multiscreen display for monitoring and playback, MPEG-4 compression and intelligent motion detection with programmable area and sensitivity for each camera.
The EDR920 DVR utilizes intelligent motion detection. This means that areas of the screen can be set to record only when activity is in a particular section that you specify. Another great feature is the water mark attribute. Watermarking is invisible or inaudible data, a random pattern of bits or noise, permanently embedded in a graphic or video in order to protect or authenticate data.
This Everfocus Digital Video Recorder (DVR) is easy-to-use and has user friendly controls via front panel keypad, Shuttle/Jog, Mouse and optional keyboard control. Another ease of use feature is Shutter/Jog Dial for Picture-by-Picture or Fast/Slow Viewing. This option can be controlled with the On-Screen Menus Operations which incorporate multilingual support.
