The Everfocus EDVR16D3 16 Channel DVR has a Built-in DVD Burner and comes with full screen PIP (picture-in-picture), not to mention the quad screen display for monitoring and playback. This DVR has two internal SATA hard disks with up to 2TB of storage. If you need audio for your surveillance, this model also has 4 audio inputs along with 1 audio output.
The EDVR16D3 provides a two USB Interface for Archive or Mouse Control. This model also features MPEG4 compression and real time recording. The real time recording rate is up to 480 FPS. MPEG-4 compression technology results in enhanced recording capacity with an improved network image transmission speed while maintaining high image quality.
The Everfocus EDVR16D3 DVR incorporates Motion detection with adjustable sensitivity level and masking capability. Motion Detection allows you to capture recordings that are relevant and not capture unimportant movement from background activity. This DVR also has an integrated privacy zone masking attribute. The privacy mask allows the user to mask off areas that are not of interest
The EDVR16D3 utilizes pentaplex operation, which provides live, record, playback, archive & remote viewing attributes. Another excellent attribute of this DVR is the Watermark capability. Watermarking is invisible or inaudible data, a random pattern of bits or noise, permanently embedded in a graphic or video in order to protect or authenticate data.
