The Everfocus EHD525EX Color Dome Camera provides excellent picture quality and sharp color images by way of an integrated 10-bit Digital Signal Processor. If you seek a camera with great low light sensitivity, this model uses the 1/3" Sony ExView CCD and has a light sensitivity of 0.1 Lux/F=1.2 and an impressive 560 TVL of horizontal resolution.
The EHD525EX can provide 24 hour surveillance. Images and video can be captured in any lighting condition with this camera because it incorporates a true day/night feature with an IR cut removable module. The True Day/Night with removable IR cut filter is utilized for daytime true color recognition and is removed in low-light conditions to maximize infrared sensitivity for clear night vision images.
The Everfocus EHD525EX is weatherproof and has an IP66 rating. An IP66 rating means that this model is dust tight and can withstand heavy water jet spray. Additionally this model is dual power. The power options are 12VCD or 24VAC.
The EHD525EX comes in an aluminum base with smoke color shell and can be used for both indoor and outdoor use. It is vandal-proof and designed to take the impact of a 10 lb. sledgehammer.
