The Everfocus EQ550T Indoor Color Box Style Camera provides super high resolution. This surveillance camera has 560 TVL Super High Resolution and has an advanced 16-bit Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for excellent picture quality. This Everfocus Polstar Series camera features SENS-UP 128X slow shutter technology; it will capture images in almost complete darkness with super high sensitivity of 0.002lux.
Another great feature of this outdoor color dome camera is the True Day/Night function. The True Day/Night with removable IR cut filter is utilized for daytime true color recognition and is removed in low-light conditions to maximize infrared sensitivity for clear night vision images. This true day/night camera with IR cut filter captures surveillance and security footage regardless of the time of day or night.
The EQ550T has built-in Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) and offers a 70% savings of disk storage. DNR is the removal of unwanted artifacts in video material. Noise reduction works predominantly by comparing one frame to the next and then removing specks that are not the same in each frame.
In addition to several other great features, the EQ550T incorporates motion detection as well as a privacy masking feature. This dome camera enables you to observe movements of objects in 4 different places on the screen, the message "MOTION DETECTED" appears on the screen when movement is detected; therefore this helps to improve supervision efficiency. The camera detects an object's movement by sensing discrepancy of outline. The privacy mask allows the user to mask off areas that are not of interest.
The EQ550T has dual power options and incorporates a RS-485 port. The power options are 12VDC or 24VAC. The RS-485 port is for optional keyboard control.
