The I3-International Ax40W2 provides 2.8mm fixed lens focus ready for a simple installation. Ax40W series camera offers 720P, a progressive HDTV signal format with 720 horizontal lines and an aspect ratio of 16:9.

The Ax40W series is a low profile IP camera, only 46 mm (1.8 inches) in height which makes it very effective for discreet security installations. This camera series delivers 1 megapixel resolution (1280x780) at 30 frames per second. In addition, the Ax40W2 supports MJPEG compression, which provides flexibility to meet various system requirements as well as h.264 compression allowing the video to transfer quicker over the Internet.

Built-in support for Power-over-Ethernet reduces cost and adds flexibility to the camera. A single cable connection is used to power, view, and control the camera. Installation cost is reduced since there is no need for separate cable installation. A 12 VDC is also available for installations that may require separate power.
