JVC's SR-HD2500US combo deck allows users to create standard Blu-Ray™ high-definition discs or standard DVDs without the need to utilize a PC. The unit records from a variety of sources to its built-in 500GB hard drive or directly to Blu-ray™ disc, easily and efficiently. A built-in SD/HD-SDI interface ensures compatibility with most HD cameras, recorders and production switchers. Cameras providing USB 2.0, iLink or SDHC memory files may also be used. For clients who require content in standard definition, the SR-HD2500US is capable of downscaling and burning standard definition DVDs. Multiple copies of Blu-ray™ or DVD discs are easily obtained with the built-in duplication functon.

SR-HD1500US BLU-RAY DISC & HDD RECORDER
Record and author compliant, professional Blu-ray™ discs without a PC with this all-in-one combo deck! It features built-in 500GB HDD, and SDHC slot for ProHD camera files.

SR-HD2500US features include:

• Burns Blu-ray discs or DVDs without connection to a PC
• Records direct-to-disc or onto internal 500GB hard disk drive
• Connects to and records from various sources, even live signals
• The deck records in HD but can downscale and burn to DVD in SD
• Authors discs in BDMV/BDAV, with menus/auto-start/repeat playback
• A built-in duplication function allows multiple copies to efficiently be made
• Stores 24 HD hours on dual-layer 50GB discs / Supports BD-R and BD-RE discs
• Video formats supported: MPEG2TS, MPEG2PS, H.264 AVC / Audio formats: Dolby Digital and LPCM
