The Sanyo PLCXR70N XGA (1024 x 768) LCD Rear Screen Multimedia Projector is not a television, but rather a 70" liquid crystal display technology device for business boardroom or multimedia classroom presentations. A powerful lamp projects an intense light through three LCD shutter masks, one each for the Red, Blue and Green picture information resulting in a beautiful image. This big 4:3 aspect ratio projector can accept an SXGA (1280 x 1024) signal from a computer but must scale it down to 1024 x 768 in Compress mode for display. Native resolutions up to XGA (1024 x 768) are accepted by the three 15 pin RGB inputs and displayed without transcoding.
