The Sony XCDSX900UV is a high resolution monochrome progressive scan camera with ultraviolet sensitivity to 230nm.
The XCD-SX900UVcamera features an asynchronous electronic shutter function, an external trigger input, high speed uncompressed 8-bit output at up to 7.5 frames per second, and a partial scan mode. All camera parameters including, shutter speed, gain, gamma, and frame rate are software programmable via the IEEE-1394 interface.
