DX3009060
The DX3009060 DX3000 Series Digital Video Recorder (DVR) is a high-quality digital recorder that combines the functions of a recorder and multiplexer into one unit. Having no tapes to maintain, replace or rewind means that this recorder can be set up once and virtually forgotten about until and unless a review of the video becomes necessary. It also dramatically reduces the down time for maintenance or repair that is generally associated with VCRs.
The DX3009 060 DVR can be placed on a shelf or desktop for easy access to the front panel controls for operation.
The DX3009-060 recorder includes versatile multiplexer functions that allow live and recorded images from the nine camera inputs to be shown on the monitor in
single camera, four-camera, or nine-camera displays. Live video can be viewed while recording.
Video compression produces high resolution playback with more than 450 horizontal lines. There are five
user-selectable image quality settings. The DX3009060 DVR has a built-in, large-volume 30 or 60 GB hard disk for both high reliability and high-speed operation. Users can select from six recording intervals ranging from 30 frames per second to one frame per second. A maximum of 2.4 million frames (30 GB hard disk) or 4.8 million frames (60 GB hard disk) can be recorded consecutively.
Recording can be done continuously or at scheduled time periods. The user can schedule three different weekly recording sequences, allowing different recording patterns, for example, for three
workshifts.
For each camera there also is an alarm input that triggers alarm recording when a contact closure is received from the alarm device. This input will tell the unit to start recording, or if it is already recording, to record at a higher speed. If the recording is already in progress, a pre-alarm recording function can be set to record images before the alarm sensor detects disturbances.
When the DX3009 060 unit is not recording, it can be set to activate when a camera detects motion. Each camera can be programmed to detect motion, including the capability to select the motion detection area and the sensitivity of motion detection.
Digital zoom permits the user to zoom in on a selected area of the image during live viewing and playback.
Versatile high-speed search operations include time and date searching, index searching, skip searching, and alarm list searching.
To handle applications requiring long-term storage of recorded images, the
DX3009-060 DX3000 Series DVR is capable of using supplementary devices to create backups and copies without interrupting hard disk recording. Used in conjunction with a wide selection of media, the
DX3009060 DX3000 Series DVR can handle many different kinds of non-stop recording.
Other features include audio recording, recognition of recorded images that have been altered, and RS- 232C interface for remote control from a PC or other control terminals.
