This compact color machine vision system provides
designers and machine builders a powerful multiple color camera solution. The systems'
is designed for operation with either progressive scan CCD sensors. The sensors can be either color or monochrome.
It also has 8 channels of digital inputs and outputs along with a built-in PLC for system control.
The system includes a "compact flash" card slot for program/ image storage.
This product packaging offers a compact size with a footprint of 130 mm x 100 mm. The units are extremely energy efficient and operate at 24 VDC.
It has 2 serial ports, one for remote programming pendant and the other for external communications.
This system has 2 inputs that allow simultaneous capture from both sensors. The sensor has an adjustable electronic
shutter with a range covering 1/30 to 1/10,000 in fine increments.
