Description of Pelco MC-5700

The MC5700 high resolution camera is compact and lightweight, 1/3-inch image format, monochrome CCD cameras featuring contemporary stying and easily accessible side panel controls.

The MC5700 CCD Camera has been designed specifically for surveillance and monitoring applications. Even in minimal light conditions (0.5 lux), the MC5700 Series produces high quality pictures with sufficient contrast to allow for good object recognition.

Primary features include backlight compensation, AC line lock for external synchronization, CCD iris (electronic shutter), V-phase adjustabiity, 4-pin auto iris connector for use with DC-driven auto iris lenses, and a double cam C/CS head which eliminates the need for C-mount adapters.

In addition, lower power consumption and a wide environmental operating range make the MC5700 compact camera is an excellent choice for demanding surveillance and monitoring applications
