The Hitachi BE101B B&W Camera Module comes with 1/2-inch CCD Monochrome board camera and 510 TV Lines of Horizontal Resolution, 50db S/N. It has a minimum sensitivity of 0.25 lux at f1.4 and features electronic shutter.
The Hitachi BE 101B board camera offers field or frame Integration with internal or external synchronization mode. This board camera got a selectable Gamma, and AGC in a compact dimensions of 45 (W) x 90 (D) x 10(H) mm.
