Wide Dynamic Range Vandal-Resistant Network Camera
Dedicated Micros' CamVu HyperDome DM/CMVU-VHYPERN comprises a Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) sensor in a vandal resistant IP minidome housing with unrivalled network capabilities and NetVu Connected functionality.

Designed for installations where cameras could be susceptible to deliberate or accidental damage, or where they are exposed to environmental conditions such as water spray and dust, the CamVu HyperDome DMCMVU-VHYPERN is built from impact resistant aluminium constructed with a tough polycarbonate bubble to an IP66 rating.

Dedicated Micros unique ICR concept combines recording capability and a full enterprise video server within the camera. Achieving fail safe, decentralized recording and video management, ICR reduces the 24/7 dependency on high bandwidth network infrastructure and minimises the associated maintenance costs.

Perfect for reception and entrance areas, the CamVu HyperDome DMCMVUVHYPERN correctly exposes shadows and highlights simultaneously, without any under, or over exposure, providing unparalleled picture quality, even in difficult lighting environments. It allows details to be clearly seen, even when backlit. HyperD Technology also provides greater accuracy in colour rendition and reduces image noise levels.

The camera is supplied with a PoE injector to allow power to be applied to the connecting Ethernet cable without the need for a PoE enabled network switch. This allows power to be supplied to the camera on the same cable that is used for data transmission.

Dedicated Micros' unique Visual Signal Processor (ViSP) allows the CamVu HyperDome DM/CMVU-HYPERN to transmit multiple simultaneous MPEG-4 and/ or JPEG images to any number of associated NetVu Connected devices for image viewing and recording. Each stream can be tailored to suit the viewer's available bandwidth.
