→ The PL-D7715CU-BL-AFE35 autofocus camera is based on an Aptina MT9F002 sensor. Its USB 3.0 interface links together the benefits of high frame rate CMOS technology with the high-speed data throughput of USB 3.0 technology.
→ The PL-D7715CU-BL-AFE35 camera integrates with the Edmund Optics Cx 35mm lens and incorporates a focus-controllable C-mount liquid lens. Leveraging Varioptic electrowetting liquid lens technology, the cameras deliver fast, noiseless, controllable autofocus from 10 cm to infinity.
→ This color camera provides low noise images for outstanding value in a broad range of industrial applications. It features a 15 megapixel (4608 x 3288) resolution imager capable of 13 fps at full resolution.
→ The PL-D7715 model is based on an Aptina CMOS Rolling shutter sensor with a 1/2.2” optical format.
→ The extensive built-in image processing possibilities (image pre-processing) result in outstanding image quality, less load on the system and higher performance.
→ These cameras provide the user choice of 8-bit or 12-bit digitization and a dynamic range of 60.5dB.
→ The external hardware trigger and 2 general purpose outputs ensure users have the flexibility to synchronize the camera with their processes and illumination.
→ PixeLINK’s industry leading SDK uses a common API for all cameras regardless of the chosen interface. Software code developed for one camera is easily transferred to other PixeLINK models without the need to recompile.
→ Overall system costs are reduced and camera integration is simplified. The flexible Region of Interest (ROI) control allows users to operate at higher frame rates by placing a lower resolution “window” on the imager at any location.
→ Board Level Camera: This camera is designed for custom integration into OEM and end-user industrial applications providing an increased degree of mounting flexibility while maintaining the same feature set and image quality of enclosed cameras. The boards are connected to the sensor board via the onboard Molex connector or tethered via a 6” (other lengths are available) flat flex ribbon cable.
