Xenon-Ruby 2.3/16mm 21-1074626 C-Mount Lens

The Schneider Optics Xenon-Ruby 2.3/16 (p/n: 21-1074626) is a lightweight compact C-Mount lens for 1/1.8” sensors up to 10 megapixel resolution with 16 mm focal length. Robust, with lockable focus and iris settings, this lens' vibration insensitivity guarantees a stable image performance that makes Xenon-Ruby 2.3/16 useful under industrial conditions.

The possibility to use this wide angle lens from near 70 mm working distance to infinity offers many opportunities for the Xenon-Ruby 2.3/16 to be implemented in barcode scanning systems in logistic centers or aside a conveyer band of sorting systems.

With a magnification range from ß' = 0.1 to infinite, the lenses can resolve a pixel size of 4.65 µm on the camera with a 1/1.8" sensor. The broadband transmission covers the range from 400 to 1,000 nm.

Xenon-Ruby 2.3/16 can be used in a wide range of applications: Traffic, security/ surveillance, quality control, surface inspection, machine vision and other imaging applications
