Telephoto 1/2.7" 5-55mm F/1.6 Varifocal NIR Megapixel Lens

The Tamron M113VG555IR is a Telephoto Varifocal lens compatible with megapixel resolution and NIR bandwidth. The new 1/2.7" 5-55mm F/1.6 lens assures high-fidelity and high-sensitivity in both standard and telephoto ranges. The M113VG555IR has locking focus and zoom, with DC Auto Iris.

   Use of an aspherical lens element and special LD (Low Dispersion) glass material, combined with state-of-the-art optics design technology, assures unrivalled high-fidelity images compatible with mega-pixel cameras. The F/1.6 aperture assures mega-pixel resolution even under poor illumination.

2.  NIR-Compatible Lens Covering a Wide Range of Focal-Length in Telephoto

   The new lens covers the commonly-used focal length of 5-55mm. In spite of a compact design, the focal length of 55mm is retained at the telephoto end.
